Lunar Air Services Inc. is exceptional, particularly because of Martin Olveda, their chiller system specialist. What impressed me most was Martin's thoughtfulness throughout the service experience. He confirmed his arrival time in advance and even sent a photo of himself before showing up - a small touch that adds tremendous peace of mind for home service calls.

His extensive knowledge of chiller systems was evident as he efficiently diagnosed and addressed the issues. Highly recommended for their reliability, professionalism, and specialized expertise of chiller systems in the Los Angeles area.

Eduardo was right on time, a real gentleman, and did a good job from start to finish! And the office Manager Anagabriella went beyond the call of duty, as usual, to take care of all my questions and needs. She makes her boss Martin Olveda, and Lunar Air Services look top notch! I'm glad I was able to find this company and that they are in service for the public. The price isn’t the main perk. The company is ran professionally and Martin who comes out yearly to maintain our air conditioner that we purchased through them is always kind, helpful and considerate. Martin and Lunar are back at it again with the white vans. They came to replace my filter and tune up my a/c. They went above and beyond as usual, even giving the condenser a wash because my unit is crammed into a small space. Hi I'm a facility manager for a church in Pasadena three of our AC units went down they came out they fixed two of them in the same day and ordered parts for The Big unit that's on the roof which is repaired and working the technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable I will use them again and tell someone else about them if they need some HVAC work

Update: Heater made a loud noise when gas went into the burners for around 1 minute. Email Martin on a Sunday, he arranged service the next morning. Service crew fixed the problem after troubleshooting the problem. Appreciate the quick response especially for warranty service!

After checking Google reviews, I got 4 quotes to install a completely new Trane A/C & Heating 4-ton unit. Martin at Lunar Air Services gave a great quote, plus how much better a heat pump system is, compared to existing ON/OFF Compressor. (All my research confirmed this). The whole crew was very professional, and the entire job was completed as quoted, a little less than 6 hours. It's very nice doing business with a company that gives the lowest price quote, and stands behind everything they say verbally and in writing. With the summer heat, we are now NOT worrying about a very old A/C that was on it's way to no return. THANK YOU MARTIN and fellow teammates @ LUNAR AIR SERVICES!
